  • Can I play with a proxy IP if I am in restricted state? Down Arrow

    Playing with Proxy ID is not allowed on PokerCircle, If found appropriate action would be taken against it.

  • What is multiple login failure ? Down Arrow

    'Multiple Login Failure' error comes when the invalid password is entered consecutively beyond a limit.

    In this case, the player has to login from the desktop & solve google captcha. Once you solve it and enter the correct password, you will be able to successfully log in to your account.

  • I am not able to log in it says 99% loading Down Arrow

    Before logging back into your PokerCircle account, we advise clearing your cache, cookies, and browsing history. Additionally, please ensure to check your internet connection.

    If the above steps does not help we request you to uninstall the application and reinstall the upgraded application from the Playstore. 

  • Why are residents of restricted state not allowed to play? Down Arrow

    The state law of the states; Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Telangana; has restricted any kind of cash e-gaming in their states until further notice. Hence you would not be able to play from these states.

  • How do I register? Down Arrow

    To register please follow the steps below.

    1. Click in login/Register using mobile
    2. Enter your Mobile number
    3. If you have an invite code or a referral code click on "Have an Invite Code'.
    4. Click on 'Get Started'
    5. Enter the OTP sent to your phone number.
    6. Click on Verify to complete the registration process.

    Note: If you unable to receive the first OTP click on "Resend OTP" or "Get OTP on Call" after 30 seconds.

  • Why does it say - My phone number or email is already registered? Down Arrow

    PokerCircle discourages the use of multiple accounts. Each player is limited to having only one account. If you have already registered your phone number or email address with a PokerCircle account, you cannot use the same information to create another account. The platform kindly asks users to continue using the account they have already registered.

  • I am not able to log in as it is asking for an OTP. Down Arrow

    If you have the latest version of the application installed, you can log in using a One-Time Password (OTP).

    Please provide your registered mobile number or email address or username and select 'Login.'

    After that, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email address (you can use either one of them). Enter the OTP and click on 'Verify' to log in. 

    Usually, the OTP is sent instantly, but occasionally there might be a delay due to a weak network. If you encounter such a situation, we suggest trying again after 15 minutes.
