  • Why is KYC rejected? Down Arrow

    Below listed is the list of the most common scenarios in which the documents get rejected. Please go through the list below to understand the reason and the appropriate action to resolve the issue of rejection.

    • Invalid/incomplete or not readable document: The documents you provided are either invalid or incomplete or unreadable. Please try uploading the correct or clear document.
    • Age Verification Error: As per the documents submitted, you are under 18 years of age and hence restricted from playing cash games on PokerCircle. You would not be able to re-upload the documents once rejected. 
    • Duplicate ID: The documents submitted by you are already linked with another user in our records. 
    • Blurred or Unclear: The document uploaded is blurred or unclear. Please try again with a clear document
    • Black & White or Xerox:  The document uploaded is black & white or a Xerox copy of the original. Please try again with the actual document.
    • Tampered Document: Face Missing: The document does not seem to have your image. Kindly upload a document with an image of you in it.
    • Tampered Document: The document seems to have been tampered with. Kindly update KYC with an original document.
    • Masked Aadhaar:  The Aadhar number seems to be hidden/masked. For KYC verification, we would need the complete Aadhar number to be visible & readable.
    • Front-Back Mismatch: Document Number missing/mismatch between the front and back image. 
    • Both Sides Needed: For KYC, we need both sides of the document to be uploaded.

  • How to upload document for KYC verification? Down Arrow

    To upload your documents for verification, please follow the steps below:

    • Log in to your PokerCircle account and click on My Account.
    • Click on 'Upload Document' (KYC Verification).
    • Select the document you wish to upload.
    • Upload the front and backside of the documents. (For Eg – Aadhar card). 

    Note: The maximum size of the document that you will upload should not exceed 5 MB.

    Only one ID proof is allowed per PokerCircle account, the platform does not permit multiple accounts for one user.

  • What are the restricted states for KYC verification? Down Arrow

    While we don't offer cash games in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Telangana, we still accept documents uploaded from users residing in these states.

    Our document verification process does not rely on determining the user's location from the documents.

  • How to verify PAN and why? Down Arrow

    In light of recent updates, it is now a mandatory requirement by the government for all our valued customers to verify their PAN card numbers. This verification will be essential for any future withdrawals and situations where tax deductions might apply.

    To complete the PAN verification process, kindly follow these steps:

    1. If you are currently logged into your gaming account, click on the hamburger icon.
    2. Navigate to the "My Account" section.
    3. Access the "Profile" subsection.
    4. Choose the "PAN Verification" option.
    5. Click on "Verify PAN."

    Upon clicking "Verify PAN," you will be prompted to provide your PAN card number. Kindly enter the PAN number as required and proceed by clicking "Verify."

    Mandatory guidelines for verification: 

    • Ensure that the name on the PAN card matches the name provided during KYC verification.
    • Use a valid 10-digit PAN number.
    • Avoid the use of a PAN number that is already associated with another PokerCircle account.
    • If you encounter a technical error, it is advised to retry after a brief period.

    Important note: In the event of ten unsuccessful attempts, the system will allow you to upload an image of your PAN card. This image will then be forwarded to a customer support representative for manual verification. If you have uploaded a PAN image, kindly await further instructions.
